Bring Back All Color Quality Options
Starting about a couple weeks ago, when I connect to client computers there are only the 3 highest color quality options available to select. There used to be 6. Typically I would set the quality to the lowest color option to improve the speed/responsiveness of the connection since I don't need the full video quality. Anyone know how to get all of the options back? Or has LogMeIn done away with the lower quality settings? *** UPDATE *** 2/1/2019 So this still seems to be an issue. I just wanted to repost my work around on the top message for anyone that might not read through the whole thread: For anyone that needs the lower video quality settings, here is a link to the last version of the Client app (1.3.3987) that had all 6 video quality settings. Files are in a ZIP with a README file detailing how to run the old version. The first time it launches, it will notify about an available update. Make sure to select "skip this update". Gotoassist unattended verification code
Currently using GoToAssist version 4.8 Build 1692 When trying to setup unattended access for some of our clients it asks us to verifiy our account. Typically not an issue as we can quickly log into our email and get that code. Recently however we have been getting the verification request on nearly ever computer (mild annoyance). The emails only seem to show up 1 out of every 4 times(major issue) and when we do get a code, they never seem to actually work as far as verifying the account as it asks us to receive a new code to verify. Is there anyway to turn off the verification "feature". The accounts are secure so any addition verification is just an unpleasent extra step.
Can you create Microsoft Teams Intergration the same way you have a slack intergration?
We are using Microsoft Teams, and I saw that you have a Slack integration in Service Desk, through webhooks, can you create the same option for Microsoft Teams. It is almost the same intergration as slack. Teams already has a webhook option. [Feature request] HTML or Markdown table
Hello! Recently speaking with a LogMein Support Representative they asked me to post here because of my request. We are using the GoToAssist Service Desk and there is no way to parse tables in incidents and when a customer sends a HTML table the text becomes unreadable. iOS mouse compatibility
Dear support, I am a pro member and have it installed on my iPad Pro. Recently I bought a Bluetooth mouse and it works great on my IPad. But when I connect to my PC via LogMeIn, the iPad mouse does not connect to the remote PC mouse. I'm hoping somebody can help me, I have updated my iPad with the new IPadOS 13.1.2. This operating system allows you to use an external mouse with the iPad. The mouse seems to work great in almost all programs excluding logMeIn. The iPads mouse shows on the screen, I can move it. The problem is, is it does not operate as the mouse on my remote desktop. Is there a setting that will make my iPads mouse work my remote desktop. Thank you
Feature Request - Mac command line
It would be great if Computer Management -> Command Line was added to GUI to Mac connections so one could traverse via command line without controlling the screen like Windows connections. I find that the lack of this feature is limiting my use when I cannot control the screen but just need to issue commands for a simple task.Need a report with computer description and computer name
We are trying to run a report that shows both the computer description and the computer name. We cannot fine one in inventory or report viewer. The comptuer name is under general settings, does anyone know if this can be done? Thanks in advance.
