I recently purchased an ASUS laptop and added it to our Central account as a device to connect to. Laptop is Windows 11 Home, and it has integrated Intel Xe graphics. No dedicated GPU and no external monitors hooked up to it. The laptop was configured to never go to sleep when on AC power, and power mode was set to performance. The first two days of use had no issues. The lid was closed, and I was able to do my work remotely. Immediately after two days I noticed the following behavior: Some of my Windows programs and folders will either open or not open. File explorer will not show at all. Entirely a hit or miss on what will open. The Start menu will not display when clicked on. I can open a program like MS Edge, but I cannot close it. I can Alt+Tab to see the available open windows to cycle thru, but it will not display the window I want. Here's what happens next... When my laptop lid is opened, all of these windows and registered clicks will then work. Meaning that instance of MS Excel I tried to open or File Explorer will pop up multiple times. Basically, it appears everything decides to "work" once the laptop's lid is open. Before anyone says it's the laptop, I hooked up an external monitor to see if it has to do with the lid being closed at all. I can confirm the issues are NOT repeated with an external monitor. Laptop works like normal. We have a Dell Latitude laptop connected to our Central account, and after turning off all the sleep settings etc.., that one has no issues when the lid is closed. Apps and windows work perfectly fine. It also has an integrated Intel GPU (I forget if it's Xe or an older chip). So, in short, I need help troubleshooting why this is happening when the lid is closed and connected to Logmein and how to make it work while keeping the lid closed.BravaCentauri834 days agoNew Contributor34Views0likes2CommentsUnable to move some PC's to different group
I attempted to move some PC's to another group to another. When I do this some transfer fine, but others disappear from the LogMeIn client application. I can move them back, and they re-appear in their original group. How can I move these PC's?rdjsupport4 days agoNew Contributor73Views0likes3CommentsSaved password is invalid, please log in manually - occurs with every new LogMein Client session
Hi, our users have encountered a login issue. Every time, when they start a new LogMein Client session, it asks for their password. Credentials have to be entered every time, even though they are saved. Are there any options to fix this?Georgiy4 days agoActive Contributor86Views0likes2CommentsReport installed application inaccurate
When running a report on installed application, specifically for Adobe products I've noticed for a very long time now that LMI would that either a product still exists when it has been removed for a very long time already or the incorrect verion number is installed. Hi community! I've got an issue with a brand new PC. Do you know if there is a timing for LMI AV to be supported on Windows 11 24H2? Slower and slower computer connections... then broken screen blanking, broken multi-monitor support and now broken credentials caching? At first I thought it was my PC but now I am not able to used saved credentials on both computers I use on a regular basis - "Login failed. (1327)Enter the Windows user name and password you use when physically sitting at the remote computer." I'm getting so sick of LogMeIn... wish I had more time to explore other options... maybe it's time to just move on to ST.LockonCC10 days agoActive Contributor1.8KViews1like10CommentsAcknowledge Threats
Hi, Due to some recent vulnerabilities, our endpoint protection detected these and LMI has listed these within each computer. The issue has since been resolved, however, we have a lot of devices to now clear these messages on. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any way of 'acknowledging all threats' across multiple or all devices. Resolving these notifications will take days if not weeks of just clicking through them. Could you please confirm if there's any way we can mark all these? Also, FYI, this window has an issue with the second button: Thanks,HappyHippo15 days agoContributor403Views0likes8Comments- Lek221 days agoVisitor97Views0likes1Comment
