Wrong time in Goto Webinar session because in Mexico did not change for DST in april 2023

Hello

We have issues in Mexico, because we have a wrong Time in Goto Webinar session, because in Mexico did not change for DST in april 2023.

I mean, we have the time zone GMT -6 For Mexico, but this 2023, we did not change for DST, then we still on GTM-6 for Mexico, but the portal apply automatically the DST.

Then , when we program a session it is reported one hour before, for example if my session is for 10:00 am in Mexico time, the portal send a message that it will begin at 09:00 am because it is the old time in Mexico with DST.

Do you know that Mexico did not change the DST?

Will you fix the Time zone for Mexico without change the DST?

What time zone can use until the settings for Mexico will fix?

    siasa_mid Welcome to the GoTo Community. Our team is currently aware that Mexico customers see the wrong time zone. This should be resolved very soon. You may want to choose a time zone that matches GMT - 6 in the time zone dropdown when scheduling a session. Thanks for reporting this here and for your patience.
