GoToWebinar Registration Data Not Syncing with CRM Integration
Hi Community, I’m using GoToWebinar and have integrated it with my CRM to automatically sync registration data. While the integration initially worked, I’ve recently noticed that some registrant details are not being pushed to the CRM. Only a portion of the data appears, and it’s inconsistent across multiple webinars. Here’s what I’ve checked so far: Verified that the integration is active and the API keys are correctly configured. Ensured that all mandatory fields in both GoToWebinar and the CRM are properly mapped. Reviewed the logs, but I don’t see any specific error messages indicating why the data isn’t syncing. Could this be related to recent changes in webinar templates or CRM updates? Is there a way to manually re-sync missing data or check for API rate limits? Any insights on troubleshooting CRM integration issues would be greatly appreciated! Hello! Long time we use GoToWebinar Classic version, and now we crossed over to new experience GoTo :) We create the same web room, our clients enter it, we transfer them to "Panelist" and after they have finished their speech, performance, we on our side as Organizer cannot turn off their webcam only mute the microphone. Hello, I read that with GoTo Webinar Standard, one can set up a password for participants to join the live event/webinar. But when setting up a new live webinar, I do not see anywhere an option to use a password? Does anybody know how to set it up? Many thanks in advance. Hi all, When I wanted to renew a monthly GoToWebinar subscription, I was asked to update a payment method in the GoTo Admin centre, but when I am in, only a GoTo logo shows in the middle of the page and the page is not loading. Hi all, We have broadcast few webcast webinar internally to play around and see how it looks like before the actual webinar. So far so good. The only issue that we have one of the attendees, they cannot see the recorded video using his iPhone. The present shared a video, play the video, other attendees that is using PC, Laptop and some other attendees using android phone can see the video but not this particular user. We have done multiple test on multiple webinar, tried with different video in case the video is corrupted, but this particular user still cannot view the video. Previously, he was able to watch the video when we are using classic GoToWebinar. But since we are using this new user interface, he is not able to watch the recorded video. We already asked him to reinstall the latest version, the issue still persist. he is using his own home wifi.
