Thanks for your quick reply. In our situation the data is not automatically deleted after 12 months. If that had been the case, it would be totally fine as it is. But I can't change that myself either?

Right now there is no method for GoToWebinar customers to delete their data, but our team is discussing the possibility and how exactly it could work (we don't want accidental deletions). For now, if you contact our support team they can help you with this, we do have GDPR processes in place.
