No message when registering twice

Hi KarinW, welcome to the community.
After the initial confirmation email there are also reminder emails sent to the registrants, plus they can add the webinar to their calendar. If for any reason they cannot receive or delete all of the emails, you as the organizer can copy their unique link from your dashboard and send it to them directly.
