No message when registering twice

Hi! There is no message when someone registers more than once for a webinar with the same e-mail address. But the notification e-mail won't be sent twice. That's a little bit confusing, because someb...

    Hi KarinW, welcome to the community.

     

    After the initial confirmation email there are also reminder emails sent to the registrants, plus they can add the webinar to their calendar. If for any reason they cannot receive or delete all of the emails, you as the organizer can copy their unique link from your dashboard and send it to them directly.

    Hi, but that does not solve the problem, if somebody has forgotten, that he has already registered. He is waiting for the confirmation and waiting and waiting and does not know why he is not getting a confirmation. Just a short message, when registering twice: "You are already registered" would be great!
