Copying Webinars - Reminder Email Date
We use the GoTo platform for our Council Meetings. We have to add a fair amount of panelists to each meeting. An address book for panelists is currently not an option so we have found that it's easiest to copy a previous webinar as the panelists carry over. However, we have recently noticed that when we copy a webinar, the subject line of the reminder email pulls the date from the original webinar and not the newly created one. While we can manually adjust this for every meeting in the Reminder Email settings, we were hoping this was something that could be fixed on the back end.
Hi TrentLakes welcome to the GoTo Community. We have heard of this previously when an old webinar being copied was created on the previous GoTo Webinar platform. The solution is to schedule a new webinar and use that as the template going forward. Hope this helps.
