Attendee certificates not sent

Hi. For one of our recent webinars, it appears that attendees did not receive the link to their attendance certificates. We looked at the Multi-Attendee report for this and a few other webinars, and the webinar in question had a "No" in the "Certificate Sent in Follow-up Email?" column for all attendees. However, this webinar had the same settings as all of our others ("Send follow-up email 1 hour after event ends", and "Certificate included with follow-up email"). Is there anything that may have caused this?

    Hi eUROGEN-DS nice to see you around. I don't know of this occurring, unless 'Certificate included with a follow-up email' wasn't enabled when scheduling the webinar. By default, it's turned off.  If it was enabled, can you PM me the Webinar ID (click on my username, then send a message button on the right) I can create a case and we can take a closer look. Thanks.
