Customize GoToTraining Confirmation Emails
It would be very nice if I could edit the confirmation mail in go to training. At the moment this is not possible. You can just edit the reminder and the wrap up mail. It would be also very nice, if in this emails would be written the whole name of the person who has registred to a training. At the moment its only the first name written. Here in Switzerland is this not very common. So i wish that there would be written first- and last name. Over all there is not a lot of free space to design the mails by myself. Would be nice if you could implement this two features. Thank you
Identifying who clicked a registration link for Go-to-Webinar without registering.
Identifying who clicked on a registration link for Go-to-Webinar and diddn't register. To keep things simple, we link directly to the Go-to-Webinar registration forms from our emails. We can then see the recorded number of people who have visited the registration page but can't identifying them unless they register. It would be useful to know who has visited but not registered.Need Google Calendar Link in Registration Emails
The Registration Email that users receives only has an ics file. This is so outdated. GoToWebinar product has it right... three different types of calendar links in the registration email, including Google. GoToTraining desperately needs this as well.
Allow documents (pdf or word) to be attached to the post-webinar survey or follow-up email
Need: We would like the event organizer to be able to attach a pdf document to either the Post-session Survey (preferred) or the Follow-up email to attendees. Our organization utilizes GoToWebinar to provide Educational Sessions and grant Continuing Education (CE) Credit to attendees. We apply for and receive the ability to grant Continuing Education Credits from our National Organization (NAMSS). Once approved, NAMSS sends us a CE Certificate that is to be given to each attendee to prove they participated in a "NAMSS-approved CE". These CE's are required for re-certification purposes. The document they provide must be sent to each attendee and currently, there is no automatic way to upload and send the CE to the attendee in GoToWebinar. We do see that GoToWebinar added the ability to generate a CE, but that will not work for our purpose. We must use the document that NAMSS provided us, so we need the ability to upload a document and send to all attendees at the close of the program. Another use for this ability could be to attach a small document or presentation and email out to the attendees after the program. Thank you for your consideration. In reminder emails and invitation emails received through Outlook, special characters (such as a registered trademark symbol) are not supported in the title. Further to this, the calendar hyperlinks and 'time until the webinar' values display random characters. Please can this be fixed?Customize Emails to Registrants and Attendees
It would be helpful if users had the ability to customize emails to registrants and attendees more than what the system allows now. Specifically, for the registration confirmation email, it is not necessary to put the entire event description in the email. It just makes an already busy email more wordy ... which causes less people to actually read the email. I have some pertinent information I want to add to this confirmation email; however, it gets drown out with all of the other information that GoTo includes in these emails. Same situation with the reminder emails. There is a lot of information included that I would like to have the ability to delete or move. Once item specifically is the option to add the event information to your calendar. This does not need to be included in every reminder email and it certainly does not have to take up valuable real estate at the top of the email. It is just something else that distracts people from the actual information I am trying to share. If we, the users, had the ability to customize the sections of the email to allow us to delete content and move content around it would help us better serve the audience we are trying to reach. Customize invitation template for presenter details
Yes, most of the items on the invitation sent after scheduling a webinar should be by default. But, why not have some custom design available. For example, the picture of the presenter is at the bottom of the invitation with no reference to who the person is. Why not have a fill in box allowing for a brief title, introduction or description to go next to or under the picture so it is just not sitting there. Also, A bit more design would help on the title of the event. It could be left as is, or possible enhance the color and size of font. Please consider making the email invitation more inviting. There seems to have been an update with the confirmation emails and now a grey box appears around the logo. The logo we use is a PNG with no background however when it gets uploaded to your system, the white background is added. It would be great to remove this grey box so that the logo blends in with a white background and doesn't look blocky and outdated.
