HI Glenn,
I tried again and still do not see any Past events. I re-activated yesterday the monthly subscription which was on hold for a few months. But I never had issues seeing past webinars after re-activation.
Is there something new that when you put the subscription on hold you lose all the past webinars? I mean that you do not see them again when you re-activate the subscription after a few months?

I have split this out to be its own post as the other one was due to a temporary service disruption. Your webinar history is missing due to a data retention policy change made earlier this year. Unfortunately, it looks like due to the timing of when your previous plan expired you missed out on communication of this change.
When a GoToWebinar account is cancelled the account data and recordings will be deleted after 90 days. If you reactivate your account before the 90 days is up, the data will be available. Another option for infrequent webinar users is our Flex Plan which is available though our Support Team.
