Organizers cannot see handouts

Hi Kate Goad

Are all these Organizers set up with their own webinar credentials, or are they sharing the login between others? 

 

Can you say if these are regularly scheduled webinars, or pre-recorded event types? 

 

What operating systems are currently being affected by the missing Handouts function?

    Thanks for the response.

     

    The organizers are entering under their own credentials for regularly scheduled webinars. All of us are on Office 365.

      Kate Goad  Are these Organizers able to upload Handouts in the schedule itself, before the start of the webinars?

        As far as I know. That is not a task that they are assigned, and they do not know the process.
