How do you create line breaks when pasting the transcript?
Is there a way to efficiently create breaks to the transcript? When I copy it in word or textedit in a Mac I get a huge block of text.

I've struggled with this for many years.
I copy the text to Word, where I insert line breaks and fix all the other problems associated with the computer's translation of the spoken word.
I then divide the text into short lines to use for close captioning, which I do in Final Cut Pro.
