Hello webinarfbk ,
Exactly what parts of your webinar recording do you feel are lower quality than the broadcast itself?
Have you tried recording a broadcast by yourself, to the cloud section of your account?
Does it vary at all if you store the recording locally?

ALL recording is of poor quality!
No, we don't need that.
I do not store locally.

webinarfbk If you feel like this particular webinar has been converted incorrectly, then you'll want to file a case with Customer Support so they can take a look at the original, as well as compare it to the current behavior when you record a new webinar. This will be part of the troubleshooting needed to investigate further.
