No number shown of incoming calls when diverted to voicemail

Hi,

I set up an out of hours voicemail message for our organisation and when doing a check to see that it works, we found that there is no record left of the incoming call.  We need a record of those calls so that we can follow up when we open.  Can someone please advise if there is a way of recording the out of office incoming phone numbers?
