Unable to use Client and Web portal to remote connect PCs since recent update

Since the client was updated I cannot remote into other PCs. 

 

The LogMeIn Ignition Client version is 1.3.5282

It says my computer is offline but I'm not. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Local AV is off

Local Firewall is off

Flushed DNS

Renewed IP

Tried on a different LAN (Wireless, hotspots, etc)

Verified and resynced system time

None of it resolved the issue. 

 

Weird part is somehow it is also affecting the web access. 

I get instant disconnect at the last step.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have an active ticket open with LogMeIn. Pending L2. But it has been sometime. 

The L1 agent verified connectivity to LogMeIn via ping and traceroute. 

 

It is starting to happen to other staff who use this as well. 

I have an end user who also uses the client to remote control other PCs, she ran into the same issue as me. 

The end user works from home so she is in a totally different LAN. 

 

Not sure what is going on... I've been using RDP and AnyDesk as workaround but would like LogMeIn to address this issue asap. 

  • Hello, I have the same problem.

    I tried in a different lan, and also I tried to install the product in a just a format drive with a new windows installation. My PC is a Windows 7 one.

    Of course as soon as I posted this I got an update from LogMeIn support...

    Still a little odd that it is affecting me accessing it via the web.  

     

    "I just confirmed with my level 2 team that we have a known issue related to the client app, we are working to provide a resolution as soon as possible. 

    I can keep you updated once we have more information and I really appreciate your patience. Once again we apologize for this inconvenience. "
