Unable to use Client and Web portal to remote connect PCs since recent update

Since the client was updated I cannot remote into other PCs.    The LogMeIn Ignition Client version is 1.3.5282 It says my computer is offline but I'm not.                         ...

Hello, I have the same problem.

I tried in a different lan, and also I tried to install the product in a just a format drive with a new windows installation. My PC is a Windows 7 one.
