Unable to use Client and Web portal to remote connect PCs since recent update
Since the client was updated I cannot remote into other PCs.
The LogMeIn Ignition Client version is 1.3.5282
It says my computer is offline but I'm not.
Local AV is off
Local Firewall is off
Flushed DNS
Renewed IP
Tried on a different LAN (Wireless, hotspots, etc)
Verified and resynced system time
None of it resolved the issue.
Weird part is somehow it is also affecting the web access.
I get instant disconnect at the last step.
I have an active ticket open with LogMeIn. Pending L2. But it has been sometime.
The L1 agent verified connectivity to LogMeIn via ping and traceroute.
It is starting to happen to other staff who use this as well.
I have an end user who also uses the client to remote control other PCs, she ran into the same issue as me.
The end user works from home so she is in a totally different LAN.
Not sure what is going on... I've been using RDP and AnyDesk as workaround but would like LogMeIn to address this issue asap.
