When you add a new session to a webinar series it should match the duration of the previous session
My webinars are not 1 hour long. They vary between 30-45 minutes. It's painful to schedule the series because the interface cannot hold onto any increments other than 1 hour. If I have an event that's 1-1:30 one day, I add the next session but want it at 2PM, the end time jumps to 3:30. It's been like this for years & I would have thought GoTo would have figured this out & fixed it by now.230Views0likes6CommentsShared content library to re-use Polls, Surveys, Videos and Branding
I wish ALL stuff with go to webinar was a "library" feature - logos for branding, survey questions, poll questions, handouts... etc. It is annoying to have to reinvent the wheel each time - or try to remember to "clone" the appropriate webinar so all the stuff copies over. It would be nice to be able to pick from a menu of stuff in your account. When I copy a webinar, the automated Confirmation email always has the subject from the previous webinar that I am copying. This is a bug in your system and happens every time. Can you please address it, as it is embarrassing for us as a company when we forget to update, as there is no obvious reminder and its a hidden function. Thank you so much.Solved467Views0likes2Comments'Cancel this Registration' to be listed as optional
We recently discovered the 'cancel this registration' appearing on our reminders e-mail notifications as well as the confirmation of registration screen. We would like to see it made optional for those organizations that need it, our company does not want it and therefore have to go through great lengths to be sure it does not interrupt or confuse our students. Our classes are decided 2 weeks out and at that point there is no option for a refund, but having this comment in the reminders leading up to the training, it makes it seem to our students that it could be an option.12KViews0likes31CommentsSchedule a time and date (in the future) for when people can begin registering for a webinar.
I would like to be able to schedule a time and date for when people can begin registering for a webinar instead of registration becoming active immediately. I like to publish my events on the GoTo Channel to provide awareness of the event but I don't want to allow folks to begin registering too early.564Views0likes1CommentFeature Request - Block Simultaneous Live Webinars from Being Scheduled
It would be helpful if GTW had a feature that either didn't allow for 2 live webinars to be scheduled for the same time, or created a pop-up window to notify you of the scheduling conflict. I understand that multiple pre-recorded sessions are allowed, as well as one live, plus one or more prerecorded, but it would be nice to for the 2 live webinar conflicts to be highlighted in some way. Thanks!712Views0likes3CommentsSeries with different titles
Hi, I am wanting to setup a series of recurring webinars but each will have a different topic/title. Is it possible to be able to send out a single link to potential attendees and then have them select/register for the sessions that are of interest to them?2.7KViews1like5CommentsPlease add the ability to schedule webinars farther than 1 year out
I have multiple webinars that recur every 6-12 months and it is a pain to have to keep re-entering them because I cannot schedule them to recur that far into the future. Can you please, please remove the limitation of scheduling into the future. Why even limit it at all? Thank you!2.5KViews1like7CommentsPOP UP "DEMARRER LE WEBINAIRE MAINTENANT?
