Customize Go to Stage Registration form
Hi, since we would ultimately use g2Stage recordings as a lead capture source, we'd like to be able to implement the same custom fields for registration as is possible on GoToWebinar. Currently Go to Stage only allows Name & Email fields.7.5KViews7likes15CommentsIdentifying who clicked a registration link for Go-to-Webinar without registering.
Identifying who clicked on a registration link for Go-to-Webinar and diddn't register. To keep things simple, we link directly to the Go-to-Webinar registration forms from our emails. We can then see the recorded number of people who have visited the registration page but can't identifying them unless they register. It would be useful to know who has visited but not registered.3.6KViews0likes4CommentsNeed Google Calendar Link in Registration Emails
The Registration Email that users receives only has an ics file. This is so outdated. GoToWebinar product has it right... three different types of calendar links in the registration email, including Google. GoToTraining desperately needs this as well.3.6KViews0likes10CommentsApprove/Deny Registration on GoToStage
I think it would be a really good idea to have the same approve/deny controls over who registers to watch videos on a Private GoToStage channel that we have over who can attend the live webinar itself. As it stands, the "private" channel really isn't all that private, as anyone could just share the link with whoever they want and then anyone can register. If a competitor got ahold of the link from maybe a potential customer who is weighing their options, there's nothing stopping them from just registering and watching the video and taking confidential information. We'd like to ideally be able to share the link rather openly and loudly to increase visibility but then screen the registrants so that we can control who actually views the content. This lack of control over who can access the "private" channel kind of renders the whole concept useless, no? Unless I am misunderstanding some aspect that would give me greater control over who can and cannot see the videos.3.1KViews1like7CommentsDelivered: Auto kick duplicate attendees
If an attendee is in a webinar multiple times (by following a shared link etc.) can you have it automatically remove the older attendee in favor of the new one? What I envision: -Webinar starts -Person1 joins with link1 -Person2 joins with link1 -Person2 is asked if they want to <kick Person1> -[YES] --Person1 is kicked from the session --Person2 joins the session -[NO] --Person2 does not join the session2.8KViews0likes3CommentsGoToStage should allow paid registration
Apparently after over a month trying to figure out what was wrong, I’ve been told by support that a paid registration is only available for live or recorded events but that the recorded event cannot be on GoToStage even though when setting up a recorded webinar the option to use GoToStage exists. Unfortunately the registration process will fail once it tries to access payments. Unfortunately that means you can’t provide one link for attendees to browse your offerings, you have to provide them separate links for each recorded webinar.1.3KViews0likes3Comments
