Iphone app ability to text under Contacts
Desktop app, under Contracts you have the ability to call or text your contract (and it shows the call and text icons). On the iphone app, under Contracts you only have the ability to Call (and call icon) but no ability to text (no text icon) available. Have the Desktop and Mobile applications report presence or awareness status When the users are logged in on their desktop or mobile applications, report on the PBX that the "device" is online. When the users are logged in on their desktop or mobile applications and are on the phone using their extension, report to the system their presence for accurate speeddial with presence identification. As a business partner we deal with a number of different size clients and many clients that have softphone only extensions. When setting up the softphone only users, the PBX defines a device for the user. The issue comes up when: 1) the customer sees these extensions as offline/unavailable lines in the PBX 2) the physical phones or side cars that are setup with all users that have an extension on the system. Many users that work in offices are not at their desks so it would be nice if you could assign a call park/call park retrieve icon in the app. This is a feature that RingCentral and several other hosted providers have on their mobile apps. Is there a way to make your phone make a noise when a voicemail if left like when you get an email? I have all my notifications turned on for the GoTo app and there is no noise that plays to let you know that a voicemail was left. It would be great to differentiate between "Silent this device" for receiving calls but still being able to receive a sound notification when a voicemail is left if you want to monitor a voicemail box. We faced an unacceptable issue with the GoTo app on the tablet. We cannot normally conduct meetings and demos with our customers. Which makes it impossible to use GoTo app further. If one user (user A) is sharing the screen from the desktop app, the user on the tablet (user B) can see it only on the half of the screen. The other half of the screen is just dark space. Hi, Would like to see Android Auto integrated into the mobile app. I take calls when I am out driving, and in Australia, it is an offence to handle your mobile device whilst driving. If a call comes in I have to pick up my phone to touch the answer button. This is a big no no in the land downunder!! The RingCentral app allows you to answer a call in Android Auto. Hello, We run a small hotel business and the way we have our system configured is emergency calls go to one extension and general calls go to another. We primarily use the mobile application to monitor our phone number and what we found is the Mobile Caller ID does NOT show us if a call is stemming from the emergency line vs. general which makes it impossible to manage. Once a call is missed or a VM is left, we can see the type of call (extension) but the problem lies in the initial, incoming call. I'm told this feature works on the desktop but we really need that to work on the Mobile App as well. We have staff that use the desktop and the mobile app. You have "favorites" available on the desktop and "archived" available on the mobile app. Why not at least one for both formats?? When a message needs to be saved or marked for later, it makes it very difficult in its saved in one spot on the mobile app and one spot on the desktop, and are not connected. The GoTo app for my work number is on my phone, and I'd like to be able to set automatic working hours - I should be able to set my preferred hours for Do Not Disturb (like only during my non-working hours).
