When will the rescue lens application be compatible with the MS Surface tablet? I was told it should be in the next update in April but no one can confirm. I have a very large national account that has been waiting for over a year.

I don't know if Rescue Lens will specifically be designed for Surface or Windows Mobile, but if running a Surface Pro, then you should be able to install the full desktop version.
Actually, I'm talking about the customer side with an MS Surface, not our technician side. Our tech provides a 6-digit code for them to enter into the app. When will the app for MS Surface be available?
If you are referencing the Surface RT then I'm afraid we don't have any ETA on development for a compatible app.
