Remove auto logoff

As stated above, please provide instructions on how to remove the auto logoff.

Hi BMill, welcome to the community.
An Admin or Master Admin can update this on a group-by-group basis. In the Admin Center while highlighted on the Tech Group they want to make the change to select Settings at the top of the page, then under the Technician Console section there is a setting, "Technician automatically logs out after" which can be set to "0" which will prevent technicians in that group from being automatically logged out.
