Can't Launch Remote Control on a mobile device.

Having problems controlling mobile device from my pc. Any suggestions what i'm doing wrong? Trying to "Launch Remote Control Session" on my device but can't find any solutions on my problem. I've tryed on Android, iPhone and iPad... non is working. Just the same result!
