VAT Invoice

Hi there,

 

in our company we started using LogmeinPro last month and i have registered our Legal Greek VAT number in the billing information profile (I am a business with a valid VAT number). So far all seems good...

 

We bought a valid lincence after the trial period but the invoice printed doesn't include neither our VAT number nor Logmein's Legal VAT number. Also i'm thinking that the price allready includes VAT taxes but inside EU this shouldnt have happened because every european company pays VAT in their country (so called Intra-EU trade).

 

I have opened a ticket in support from Friday the 20th of November but this wasn't ansewered yet.

        lefts  It looks like we sent you a couple of emails this past week regarding your billing request.  Please confirm that they were received or check your spam filter for possible blockage.
