Lines instead of screen on mobile app

Hi everyone

One of our customers reported to us that the display on mobile app (Samsung phone) is completely unreadable like this screenshot.

The remote screen is OK for us on mobile app and desktop version.

We have already updated the mobile app.

    Hi BEBARONSAS,

    Nice to see you. Have you tried changing the display color quality?

    To do this, turn off the display accelerator in the LogMeIn control panel > Options > Preferences > uncheck display accelerator.
