Remote printer disappears

Hi, 

I have users that are setup with remote printing, when they disconnect from the computer the remote printer doesn't connect the next time they connect to the computer, to get the printer working the computer they are connecting to needs to be restarted.

Is there something I need to do to allow the printer to connect each time without having to restart the computer?
