LMI dropping

Question

Hi&nbsp;I have a client that's been working from home for years with LMI without issues but the last 4 or 5 weeks now, LMI is dropping for her. &nbsp; I'm not sure if it's her remote computer or her laptop she's using. &nbsp;&nbsp;are there any log files to see if I can pin point where things are coming from? &nbsp; I think it's her computer because we use LMI on over 500 computers and servers and don't have an issue&nbsp;ThanksMike

One troubleshooting idea would be to have this laptop connect directly to the LAN instead of using WiFi (assuming they are currently wireless).
