I want Help with Remote Desktop File Transfer on LogMeIn Pro

Hey everyone,

I have run into a small hiccup when trying to transfer files between my local and remote computers; Also I have followed the steps outlined in the support documentation  but for some reason the file transfer does not seem to start or finish properly.

I am using Windows 11 on both ends & my internet connection is pretty solid so I don not think it is a network issue. Is there a specific setting I might have overlooked??
