Getting kicked off during a remote session with an end user

Lately my team and I have been notcing that when we are logged onto an end users computer with logmein central, almost immediately we are disconnected and get the screen below attempting to reconnect. It does not happen with every user we log into but its been happening much more lately than normal. Has anyone else been noticing this?

    Hi Allison, 

    Customer Support would probably want to examine some log files from affected machines in order to give you a better idea of what's causing the disconnect.
