Do you have 2 monitors connected to the computer you are accessing?

Yes, I have two monitors at each location.

Thank you. I checked the support ticket comments for metalnancpa and they did not have actual monitors connected, so I would recommend calling our toll-free support if possible so they can investigate your issue directly.
