Discretely monitor / capture remote screen

Hi,

 

I'm using the full LogMeIn Central suite to manage our fleet of corporate devices. There are cases when we need to discretely monitor or screengrab a remote device without the notification banner appearing at the top of the screen. I've disabled notifications on a test device however the banner still appears, is there another tool I can use to achieve the desired result or push a registry change / settings to help me achieve this?

    Hi Rob,

    While you can always gather system info from the hosts you monitor, I'm afraid there is currently no way to disable the remote connection desktop notification that appears on screen.
