Connection Alert account name?

WHen logging into 1 pc we get the connection alert LMI can initiate a login pop up but the account name in there is wrong.  Where does LMI pull that name?

 

The PC had the wrong account name to begin with but we walked through getting the local username and home folder names to be correct.  That did not fix the issue. The username (blurred out in image) is still the old profile name.
