Distribute the recorded video to the attendees

How can I easily get hold of the e-mail list for the attendees, t.ex the day after I have hold a webinar. I need that e-mail list to send out the link for the record of the webinar t.ex hold the day before. I can see the attendees and all the informations in the analytics, but I can not create an excel form etc for copying the e-mail information.

Anyone?

But if there is a somewhere I can put that the recorded webinar automatically will be sent to the attendees, I will be very pleased 🙂

  • Here is how you can get a list of all of the emails addresses for the Attendees, as well as the Absentees.

     

    In the Analytics section of the Dashboard, select Build Report.

    Select Attendee as the type of report you wish.

    Put a check mark in the little box next to the webinar for which you want the report.

    At the bottom of the window, select Proceed With Selected Session(s).

    Select the Excel button.

    Select Download.

    An Excel file with all of the information about the Attendees will be downloaded to your computer. In that Excel file, you can highlight and copy the email addresses and paste them in an email message.

    There is an automatic way to send the recording to the Attendees (and absentees if you wish).

     

    In the Dashboard, open the details about that webinar.

     

    Near the bottom of the page, open the Emails section.

    Under Followup Email, you can set the video (recording) link to include in the Attendee email and separately the Absentee email message.

     

    Thus you can set it so the Attendees get an email message 2 hours after the end of the webinar, and in that message is a link to the recording.
