Cannot add a video to a Recorded Event

I am scheduling a Recorded event for Fri 20th 2020 and want to include a video I have hosted on GoToStage.

The video is from a live event held in Nov 2019.  

However, GoToWebinar does not seem to be able to 'see' the recording regardless of whether I paginate through the recording library, or use the Search function at the top of the page.

 

Any suggestions?

    Hi KEvents

    I believe there is an issue where videos hosted on GoToStage may not be addable to scheduled webinar events as video materials.  Do you see the recording as an available material if you un-publish it?

      Hello AshC 

      Thanks for getting back to me, I actually spoke to Support and you are correct!  Although Stage is part of the LogMeIn family of products, videos can only be added to a scheduled webinar if they also exist in the GoToWebinar Video Library.

      I didn't try unpublishing it, but if I fear I may forget to republish again 🙂
