Can the webcam panel be always on the left by default? How to set it up?

Hi,

I am looking for some solutions to the following questions that I have in GoTo Webinar.

1. Can entire audience chat with each other? Can panelists chat with entire audience? How can we set-up?
2. Can the Webcam video panel be always on the LEFT by default? How can we set-up?
3. Can a presentation be defaulted to FULL SCREEN? How can we set-up?

Thanks in advance
  • 1. Attendees (webinar audience) can not chat via text with each other.  They can send a question/comment to the Organizer who can choose to share it with the entire audience.

Panelists can send a text message to the Attendees (audience), Panelists, Organizers, or any combination of those. The panelist can send a message to a single Attendee or all of the Attendees.

    2. The Participant (Attendee, Panelist, Organizer) can place the webcam panel to the left or above the screen sharing panel.  You do not have a way to force this on everyone.

    3. The presentation (shared screen) will be full screen if no cameras are active.  The presentation shrinks a little if web cams are used.

Or do you mean force the presentation to be full screen on the Attendee's computer, meaning the Attendee cannot access any other programs (email) while the webinar is going on?  You cannot do this.
