suspended gotomeeting account

Hi, 

Our payment method is expired and now we have no access to our gotomeeting pro. when we update the method is our subscription valid until the end of paid duration (we paid annual) ?

and what happens to the suspended time during not updated method?

we had paid from 20 oct 2020 to 20 oct 2021.

    Hi rouginedarou 

    If your GoTo subscription lapsed, your account would remain offline until a renewal is processed.  At that time the new renewal period will start over again, granting you the full 1 year or 1 month of paid services.
