Muting and Unmuting
I have a problem I did not have before with my GoTo Meeting sessions. Before your system was upgraded I could mute and unmute participants on the line when they had background noise. Now I can no longer do that and it is badly needed since we are a church group that have older members on the line that do not use the Web, they call in. I found through your support that I can use the mute all feature but that does not help since a participant could be a call in that I would interrupt by muting them. I need the feature re-installed the way it was so that muting and unmuting single participants is available again. I have been using GoTo Meeting successfully for our church for more than two years and I need this feature to have smooth sessions during our church services. Please fix this feature back to what we had before. Thank you.SolvedHgal5 hours agoNew Contributor1.8KViews0likes5CommentsVideos not saving to the cloud
My recorded videos used to say to the cloud and I could find them in my documents folder. At some point I was signed out of OneDrive and I think that stopped the videos from saving in the folder. I am signed back in and have resumed recording calls like before, but now my videos are not downloading to the documents folder. What might the reason be that they aren't saving there anymore? It's pretty important for me as I record meetings multiple times a day and they are saved with date and client name for easy organization and moving to other folders. Downloading from the app is tedious and doesnt save with the date and client name.Asharetts4 days agoNew Contributor115Views0likes2Commentspowerpoint presenter view sharing issue
I have been a GoTo customer for 10 years. This is a new issue. When I share a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation on a GoTo Meeting, it does not share the "slideshow view". Instead, it shares the normal powerpoint view only (essentially what you see when you're editing a powerpoint). This feels like a massive oversight from GoTo, maybe as a result of a compatability incongruency between the two platforms? It would be very helpful if someone from the GoTo engineering team reviewed this question and provided an update, as I'm sure others are dealing with this. I never have similar issues with Zoom or TeamsGraceandLu4 days agoNew Member42Views0likes1CommentHow to fix GoTo time limit regardless chosen duration?
Paid user here. On a Macbook, if that makes a difference. Using GoTo on Chrome browser. Since the recent update, GoTo now has a 40 minute limit to video calls. When we schedule calls, we set the duration to 1 hour. However, the call timer still shows 40 minutes. And once the call kicks us out, when we rejoin, our camera doesn't work anymore no matter how many times we change camera settings or turn it off/on again. How can we set the call duration to 1 hour or longer? And why does our video stop working when we rejoin? Thanks for your help.SolvedCMGarmindo5 days agoNew Contributor89Views0likes2CommentsHow to attach a file during a meeting
In 2013 there was a long thread about being able to attach a file to provide to an attendee within the current session. It was not an available feature at that time. It's been 11 year so I assume its there by now? I am using Join.Me (owned by GoTo). The website says " ALL features in Join.Me are in GoTo Meeting plus these ..." Being able to offer an attendee a file for them to download as needed. (See image from Join.Me). I'm not able to find that feature. Can anyone help?MrsCLyn7 days agoNew Contributor104Views0likes2CommentsSystem slows dramatically down during GoTo Meetings
Notebook Dell Latitude 7370 - Model 2016 running under Windows 10 latest Release and updates. My entire system becomes enormously slow when sharing my screen in a GoTo Meeting. All aspects slow down (reaction time to clicks, mouse clicks, typing on keyboard etc.). It feels from a user perspective as my system ressources are completely stretched. Thanks for helping me. Any idea of the reason? No other resource issue with my system, only when being active in the GoTo meeting. Hi. I would ask about which app is the best for Intuitive Dancing Online? I would like to make a session where the participants can see each other but mainly me and music will be playing straight from a computer (for example Spotify) and the quality of music (sound) is very important. Can you help 😁?Andbob8 days agoNew Member63Views0likes1CommentHost’s internet connection affects all attendees?
If I am logged in as the host, what happens if my internet goes down for a short time? Will the meeting end for everyone? Same question about me recording the mtg. If my internet briefly goes down, will the recording also stop for that period of time?Senurban11 days agoNew Member85Views0likes1CommentMissing Feature in new Go To - CRITICAL
As many users have complained, we were forced to switch to the new go to app without any warning. Now this new dumpster fire of an app is missing a key feature -- "remote control all". Now I have to go into the meeting and give participants control one at a time. If someone joins a few minutes late, I have to pause the meeting and take time away to give that person remote control and of course, this happens 10 times over. Why change something that isn't broken? I'd be willing to pay double for the old app. At least make sure all the features are there before forcing long-time customers to switch.SolvedGTMFeedBack311 days agoNew Contributor299Views0likes5Comments
