Is there a way to see who has viewed a recorded meeting?

Hi kieth, welcome to the community.
There is no reporting on who has viewed your recording, but you select to only share the recording with specific people. After you enter the email addresses for the people you want to share the recording with (remember to press Enter after you type in each email address), a link will be generated that you can share with them. When they click on the link they are asked for their email address and if it matches the email address you specified they will be sent a code to verify it is them before the recording can be viewed.
If you are wanting to share the recording publicly/freely but want to capture viewing metrics, you can always download your recording and then upload it to a dedicated video hosting platform.
