I had a meeting this afternoon, 18 January from 4 pm - 7 pm (Kuala Lumpur time), meeting ID999319245.
The notification says there is a 3 hour meeting, but the recording i had was only 2 seconds. Kindly help to check and retrieve that recording.

presidentnsm If this was a cloud recording then you may be able to contact Customer Support to see if they can location the original files on our servers for another conversion attempt.
If this was a local recording file, then it is possible the recorded meeting is lost, as we do not keep any backup files when Organizers save to their own hard drive.
