GotoWebinar Feedback

Audio was poor, the GoToWebinar requires a download and this should have been flagged in advance, the download is blocked by most companies.

Can you please provide suggestion and a suitable solution to this?

  • DIFCAcademy  I'm sorry about any confusion there.

    1.  To investigate audio issues, Customer Care can file an Audio Services case when you call within 24 hours of an event.  There are many factors involved with audio broadcasts such as the device used, audio feed selected, sound heard while in session, as well as the affected conference number and dialed-from lines.

    2.  Attendees using supported web browsers will be directed to use the GoToWebinar Instant Join flow instead of downloading the desktop software.  Organizers can also enforce this join method by scheduling 'webcast' webinars instead of the standard type.
