Getting error when trying to launch Outlook Add In
End user using O365 Outlook will get the error "We apologize, but an error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again. For support, please contact Global Customer Support." when clicking the Add In error on the ribbon in Outlook. I tried adding the GoToMeeting add in in my own Outlook, and the Add In doesn't even appear. Not sure if there's an issue specifically today? Please let us know how to resolve the error.
Called support. Issue was related to no license. Will not work without it, was looking to pair with installed app & license.
