Auto Renew for User greyed out
Hello,
We have a company account with several users, now we are trying to deactivate a user (GoTo Plus) and cancel the subscription. But, the option to deactivate auto-renew is greyed out and cannot be chosen, and therefore not cancelled. We've logged in with the billing login as well the admin login, and none has worked.
