When is archiving of incident data in the Service Desk going to start?
When is archiving of data in the Service Desk going to start? For tickets that are between 2 and 3 years and read only...can they still be used to create a new incident?
We are holding off until April, I do not have a final date yet but we will publish one once it is confirmed. We will be releasing an update so you can search archived incidents, but they will be read only.
