Unable to Run Application after clicking link from tech

Question

I get a link from tech that looks like this "&nbsp;&nbsp;https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com" and I get a pop up that says, "Unable to Run Application" after clicking link.&nbsp; I don't have an antivirus loaded except for Microsoft.
