Hi Brenden,
Thanks for the feedback. Way back when we initially put the customer portal in place I recall the team making the conscious decision to not include the service icons in case they were too internal.
We do want to do a lot of work on the customer portal moving forward, and revisiting this decision might be something worth considering.
