Service Desk Service Email From Address
I need to create a new Service, HOWEVER I need to have the service's web and email addresses to be: newservice@newservice.adifferentdomain.assist.com.
Is this possible? If so, How?
GTO80 ServiceDesk Administrators may set custom Email settings for each service created in this way: Configure > Services > [select service] > Customer Emails tab.
- Under the Sender and Footer tab, checkout the Sender Address to appear on customer-bound emails setting
