Hi, On our old service desk software we were able to schedule calls to be logged on the service desk for regular IS tasks such as daily checks etc. Can this be looked at as a future feature?
We have had this request quite a few times. We're about to release a feature called "templates" which actually would provide the basis for the requirement you have.
Adding scheduling to this shouldn't be too difficult a job so I'll work to factor this into our roadmap planning process.
