Remove Inactive users - Change email address

How do i remove an inactive user from Service Desk? or how do i change the email address associated with a user? I have had two users that I have needed to do this on today (neither have access to the old email accounts). There needs to be an easier way to do this
  • Have you checked to make sure the user is not a member of a team before you delete him? I am having the same problem and I think it has to something with group memberships....

  • Now that I think about it I need to pickup 2 more licenses before I can activate and then deactivate them...
