The messages tab is for the benefit of your clients/customers who regularly use your portal for support. The feature was meant to update these clients on things like new releases, or active issues and things. Because it's a primary tool used by most GoToAssist experts, there are no plans to remove it or make it optionable at this time. Thanks for your response. Are you able to advise what the messages tab is used for in the Customer portal?
Will Citrix provide the option to remove this option in the near future?
