SUNRISE1Active Contributor10 years agoCustomer Feedback Ratings Links should be change to an ICON or Button for User to ClickI just enabled the Customer Email Feedback and I noticed when I received my test email, it had links for the user to click on next to each rating.My feeling is that some users might now want to click on a link, but a button or icon is more appealing.
